Who we are. UnitAxon is a business software and services brand of NexusCortex LLC, its parent company. In this policy, “NexusCortex,” “UnitAxon,” “we,” “us” and “our” refer to NexusCortex LLC and the UnitAxon service it operates. For privacy questions and requests, contact [email protected].
Information we collect
Depending on your use of the service, we may collect account details such as name, business email, authentication and workspace membership records; company and contact details you submit; workspace content, tasks, enquiries and files you choose to store; support requests and service-case information; quotation, payment status and invoice identifiers; and technical, device, security and diagnostic data needed to operate and protect the service.
If you request email deliverability services, we may process the GlockApps report URL and report information you share, your stated email configuration, scoped domain/platform details, test results and remediation records. Please do not submit passwords, private keys, full payment-card details or unrelated personal data in a contact form or report. Access credentials required for a project must be shared through an agreed, secure and appropriately restricted method.
How we use information
We use information to respond to enquiries, create and secure accounts, provide workspace and expert services, process payments, send service notices and receipts, administer quotations and support, investigate incidents, improve reliability, prevent fraud and abuse, enforce agreements and comply with legal obligations. Where applicable law requires consent or another legal basis, we rely on the basis appropriate to the specific processing. Agreeing to this policy is not a waiver of rights provided by law.
AI and human review
AI tools may help organise submissions, summarise reports, classify requests or prepare recommendations. AI output can be incomplete or wrong. For paid email deliverability projects, a human expert must review the evidence, scope, success criteria and quotation before a formal quote is sent. We do not treat AI summaries as proof of facts that were not available in the source evidence.
Payments and service providers
Payments may be processed through Stripe-hosted checkout and billing services. Payment providers process payment information under their own privacy notices and terms. We generally receive transaction identifiers, amount, currency, payment status, invoice/receipt links and related billing details; we do not need to store your full card number or security code. We may use hosting, database, email delivery, security, analytics or other service providers to operate the service. Providers receive information only as needed for their role and under applicable arrangements.
How we share information
We do not sell personal information for money. We may share information with service providers, workspace administrators and people you authorise; with professional advisers; where necessary to protect rights, users or the service; or where required by law, court order or lawful government request. If the business or service is reorganised, information may be transferred as part of that transaction subject to appropriate safeguards and applicable law.
Retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, including account operation, service delivery, security, accounting, legal compliance and dispute resolution. Retention varies by record type. We use technical and organisational safeguards designed to protect information, including access controls and security monitoring where appropriate. No method of storage or transmission can be guaranteed absolutely secure.
Your rights and choices
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to certain processing, obtain a copy of information, withdraw consent where processing relies on consent, or complain to a supervisory authority. You may submit a request using the contact details above. We may need to verify your identity and may retain certain records where law permits or requires it. Workspace administrators may control records their organisation has entered into the service.
Cookies and international processing
Essential cookies or similar technologies may be used for sign-in, session security, preferences and service operation. If non-essential cookies or analytics are introduced, we will provide notices or choices where required by law. Our providers or infrastructure may process information in countries other than your own; where required, we use appropriate transfer safeguards.
Children
UnitAxon is a business service and is not directed to children. Do not create an account if you are not legally able to enter into the relevant agreement in your jurisdiction.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the service or legal requirements change. We will publish the current version here and update the effective date. Where required, we will provide additional notice or seek renewed consent.
